Aslans Gluten Free Bakery was founded in 2025 by Mylène Weiss and her family. Mylène picked up gluten free baking after being diagnosed with a gluten allergy in 2023. After many successful creations in the kitchen and seeing the inadequate options currently on the market for gluten-free baked goods,

she opened Aslans Gluten Free.
